Quiet Coves – Hazel & Folk

Normally tourists aplenty, we arrived early; awaiting the throngs of people that we were sure to arrive. But nobody

came, and for an hour or so it felt like ours: the ocean before us, the forest behind, and

the subtle sounds of nature ever-present around us.

From there we moved toward faraway fields where we picked peaches, apricots, and

berries; and soaked up the last warmth of a blissful Summers day.
